To subscribe for a dialup account or request a site survey for Wireless High Speed access on-line, please fill out the form below and submit. A service application and information sheet will be sent to you via email and snail mail with all of the account information you will need to set up your dialup account and email. On-site setup and equipment for wireless High Speed accounts is necessary in most cases for a setup fee of $275.00.
Regular monthly subscription for unlimited usage is $19.50 for modem dialup and $60.00 for wireless High Speed.
