I
should learn not to take closeups like this. The pushrod housings
are .020 plastic rod painted black. The nose case and accessories
are Model Master Navy Gloss Grey. The cylinders
were sprayed
Alclad II Dark Aluminum and a wash of Tamiya Smoke was applied to the
finned areas. The nose cases have been drilled to a depth of
~3/4" with an .065 drill
so 1/16 music wire can be used for the propeller shafts. The inside of the cowls are Alclad II Aluminum.
